1 Definitions

3 Account Registration & Security

• Account registration is free. We will never request payment to create an account.
• You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Outstanding balances will be refunded subject to successful KYC verification.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, abuse bonuses, or exhibit patterns consistent with problem gambling without prior notice.

4 Deposits & Payment Methods

sll888 supports deposits through Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay). The following deposit terms apply:

• Minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. There is no maximum deposit limit per transaction, though individual payment methods may impose their own limits.
• Deposits are processed instantly for bank transfers during banking hours (typically 08:00-21:00 WIB) and 24/7 for e-wallet payments.
• sll888 does not charge deposit fees. However, your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees.
• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your name. Third-party deposits (payments from accounts not matching your registered name) are strictly prohibited and will be refunded minus processing costs.
• Funds deposited into your account are intended for betting purposes. sll888 is not a banking institution and should not be used as a payment storage service.
• Deposited funds become part of your account balance and may be used for any betting product on the platform or withdrawn subject to the withdrawal terms below.
• By depositing funds, you confirm that the money is legally yours, obtained from legitimate sources, and not connected to any criminal activity.

5 Withdrawals & Payout Processing

Withdrawal requests on sll888 are subject to the following terms and processing requirements:

• Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Maximum withdrawal per transaction is Rp 100,000,000. Higher amounts require multiple transactions.
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your name. We cannot process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• First-time withdrawal requests require successful completion of KYC verification. You must provide a valid government-issued ID (KTP for Indonesian residents) and proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last 3 months).
• Standard withdrawal processing time is within 5 minutes during banking hours (Monday-Friday 08:00-20:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside banking hours or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.
• sll888 does not charge withdrawal fees. However, receiving banks may impose their own incoming transfer fees.
• Bonus funds must meet stated wagering requirements before becoming eligible for withdrawal. See Section 6 for detailed bonus terms.
• We reserve the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, particularly for large amounts or unusual account activity patterns. This may delay processing by 24-48 hours.
• Withdrawal requests can be canceled by the user before processing is complete. Once funds have been transferred to your bank, cancellation is no longer possible.
• In cases of suspected fraud, money laundering, or terms violations, we reserve the right to withhold withdrawals pending investigation.

6 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

sll888 offers various bonuses and promotions. All bonus offers are subject to specific terms:

• Bonuses are promotional credits that must meet wagering requirements before becoming withdrawable cash. Each bonus has specific terms detailed on the promotion page.
• Standard wagering requirements range from 20x to 30x the bonus amount. For example, a Rp 500,000 bonus with 25x wagering requires Rp 12,500,000 in total bets before withdrawal.
• Different game types contribute differently toward wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino 10-20%, and sports betting varies by odds (minimum odds requirements may apply).
• Bonuses typically expire 30 days after activation unless otherwise stated. Unused bonuses and associated winnings are forfeited upon expiration.

7 Betting Rules & Dispute Resolution
